In 2018, Rahel took a significant leap by founding Raspowers Ltd, a dynamic company headquartered in the vibrant city of Douala, Cameroon. Under her leadership, Raspowers Ltd has emerged as a multifaceted service provider excelling in contracts, supply services, and the production of Era’a Bleach, a flagship product renowned for its quality and efficacy.

She is the founder of Lead Girls Africa, a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing education and empowerment opportunities to women and girls across Cameroon.
